These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the PrepZ mobile application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the app

PrepZ provides NEET exam preparation tools including chapter-wise practice, mock tests, AI-generated study timetables, and performance reports, for personal, non-commercial, educational use.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Paid features are billed through Google Play Billing under the pricing shown in the app at the time of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details on cancellations and refunds.

4. Content

All questions, explanations, and study material provided in the app are owned by or licensed to PrepZ and are provided for individual study use only. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of this content without permission is not permitted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the app, or use automated means to extract question content.

6. Disclaimer

PrepZ is a study aid and does not guarantee any specific exam outcome, rank, or result. Performance reports, readiness scores, and recommendations are generated to support your preparation and should be used alongside your own judgment and guidance from teachers/mentors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PrepZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app, including exam outcomes.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
